SALT  (Student Athlete Leadership Team)

Purpose

A committed group of disciples desiring to multiply their lives into others, who will provide leadership to the movement by:

Working together to help plan and run the activities we do within AIA such as:

BadgerLife meetings, Retreats, Socials, and other events. 

Being trained and developing vision for personal ministry.

Biblical Basis:

Proverbs 11:14, 2 Timothy 2:2

Commitment:

One meeting a month that will meet for two hours.

One and a half hour Leadership Bible Study weekly.

One hour one on one time weekly.

Attendance at Badger Life and AIA events is a priority.

One hour a week leading a Bible study, working to raise up a Bible study to lead, discipling another athlete or working on a committee.

If leading a study or discipling another, one hour a week preparation time.

Commitment to AIA as their top priority outside of their athletics and academics.

Maintaining a 2.25 GPA.

Character Qualities:

Makes their walk with God a priority.  Developing their relationship with Jesus on their own as well as through AIA and church involvement.

A desire to live out the Christian life through the power of the Holy Spirit. 

A consistent walk with God that is evident to others in their daily lives.    Ephesians 4:17-5:21

A desire to live out the Great Commandments (Matthew 22: 37-39), to help fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20), and to multiply their lives into others.
